Meet Taylor

A therapist intern creating a safe, inclusive, sex-positive environment

Hi there! I'm Taylor (she/her). As an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist in training, I know how vital a welcoming, compassionate environment is to your safety, genuine growth, and wellbeing. I'm so excited to stand alongside you as we begin that journey!

You may be trans or nonbinary, ethically nonmonogamous, polyamorous, queer, gay, questioning, in the kink community, or marginalized by society in other ways. Regardless, you deserve to feel seen, heard, and accepted as we work through whatever may be present in your life.

As a queer woman myself born and raised in Nashville, I have come to understand the complexities life can throw our way and the challenges we face as we aim to grow and accept the space we take up in the world. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by a specific struggle or simply needing a non-judgmental ear, I am here.

I use a sex-positive approach that honors and views all forms of consensual sexual expression and relationships as normal. I respect that the role of sex varies from individual to individual and relationship to relationship.

The intersection of sex-positivity and trauma-informed care has been a passion throughout my journey as a mental health provider. My special interests include pleasure mentoring, kink, ethical non-monogamy, polyamorous relationships, trans and non-binary care, religious trauma, anti-racism, and vicarious trauma. My sessions are tailored to each individual, so you leave feeling empowered with the skills you need to take on your life.

In my free time, I enjoy exploring new places with my good friends, local farmer's markets, watching movies, drinking hot tea cuddled up with a good book, existing in nature, and basically being that cliché lesbian hippie friend!
