Offering Queer and Neurodivergent-affirming ADHD Testing in Tennessee!

with Ocean Ray PMHNP, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (they/them)

Healing Umbrella is excited to offer ADHD testing and diagnosis using the QB Test platform, an FDA approved computerized test that is used to help assess the presence and severity of ADHD as well as the specific subtype of ADHD, and to assess the effectiveness of treatment with medication, coaching, therapy, supplements, and other lifestyle changes over time.

The process can happen in our office or via telehealth for any Tennessee residents!

The testing process consists of a clinical interview with questionnaires, an interview with someone in your life who knows you and your work, school, home struggles to collect collateral information, and a computerized test that you can take at home or in the office. The test will measure your attention, hyperactivity, and impulse control and can be administered over time to assess how treatment is working.

At the end of the process you will receive a report of the findings of your testing, the subtype of ADHD you have, and recommendations for treatment.

Please note that you must have an initial intake appointment before testing can be administered, and you must have an in-person appointment in the first 3 months of treatment if prescribed a stimulant.

The cost of testing is $450 for adults and $550 for those under 18. It is self pay only as we are not billing insurance for the testing at this time. If needed, we have a limited number of sliding scale spots so please inquire.
