Hi, I’m Nat (they/them)! Whether you’re feeling disconnected from yourself, your own body, or other people, we can build a collaborative therapeutic relationship and work toward your unique goals. As a Queer Neurodivergent therapist, I specialize in helping facilitate greater self-understanding for members of the Neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ communities.

Discovering myself as a Trans and Neurodivergent person in a safe therapeutic relationship led me to become a therapist myself.

I am trained in Somatic and Attachment-Focused EMDR and also utilize other evidence based practices to support clients. Practicing from a trauma-informed, sex-positive, and Neurodiversity-affirming framework is fundamental to all the work I do with my clients. I view safety, curiosity, and collaboration as foundational aspects of the therapeutic relationship.
